Visa and recommendations
In some other cases your country may request a personal invitation letter from the host university to allow you to travel. Please, download here the invitation letter, fill it in and send it to Lucía Castro at lucia.castro@usc.es as soon as possible so the Compostela Group of Universities can officially invite you and you can submit this document to the authorities in your country in due time.

In the congress date the temperature is mostly warm. The average temperature is 13-25°C during day. At night may be cooler, so it is advisable to bring some warmer clothes as well. Occasional rain showers may occur.

Healthy emergencies
- European Health Insurance Card
If you are a citizen of any of the 28 EU countries, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway and Switzerland and you do not have yet a European Health Insurance Card, you can apply for it (no costs). Cards are issued by your national health insurance provider.
This card will give you access to medically necessary, state-provided healthcare during a temporary stay in any of these countries, under the same conditions and at the same cost (free in some countries) as people insured in that country.
- Other options
If you do not have this card, you can pay to use the services of the Spanish healthcare system. Likewise, if you took out the appropriate insurance before setting off (either a particular one or provided by your university), the costs of treatment in Spain may be refunded when you get back home. In order to avoid long queues in hospitals, some private clinics are:

Restaurants
The organization will offer catering service during the event. Those participants who reserve the accommodation through the organization will have the option of including the breakfast on their hotel reservation.
