The meeting will open with three specialized conferences that will introduce the participants on the theme of the XXI General Assembly, departing from three different perspectives: the European Commission, the European Scientific scope and the Tertiary Education institutions.

These monographic lectures will constitute a link between the general topic of the General Assembly (Smart Learning) and the main topic of the Compostela Dialogues in Higher Education (to create a Smart Way).
